'Wind' shows the expected wind direction n, s, e, w, nw, ne, sw, se and the average windspeed in knots.

'Tide' shows the time of the main PM tidal state. That is, the next minimum or maximum tide after 12 noon.

The three symbols in the lower half of the report represent Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced ability levels.

This section recommends a suitable spot in the locality for each ability level. The spot title is a link it it will take you to that spot's info page.

This symbol shows the average swell height in metres and the expected swell direction for the day.

The little map shows the report locality highlighted in green.
