Rusheen Bay is the ultimate windsurfing location - flat water, enclosed bay, constant cross shore wind, a windsurfing center with coaching for all levels and tons of equipment to rent and buy.

​Rusheen Bay is an enclosed flat water lagoon. It fills and empties an hour after local tide times and it is possible to windsurf at all tide levels.

 

The bay has a sand bed and there are a small number of seaweed covered rocks around the perimeter.



There can be a strong current during high tide but it is pretty safe for windsurfers of all levels.
