Personal Training

​Info:  We build the best personal training programs you can get. With our diet plans and 1 to 1 sessions, this is the quickest way to reach your goals.

​When:  Personal training sessions are flexible and work around your and your trainers schedules.

Group Training

​Info:  Group training is a great way to build a solid level of fitness with regular, structured classes. Our classes cater for every ability and we have a full spectrum of different classes running all the time.

 

​Who:  Everyone

 

​When:  Group classes are regular and usually run for 6 or 8 week cycles. Talk to us for more info on suitability, availability and start dates. Check out the current timetable here.

Team Training

​Info:  Teams need specific training tailored for their sport and for their goals. We construct and deliver group programs for teams from sport.

 

​Who:  Sports Teams

 

​When:  Team Training is available on request. We work the schedule around your goals and fit the schedule around your teams existing training timetable.
